My broker is saying the broker fee is a standard $3000 amount bc the amount requested is under 100k and advised the minimum I am able to to pull out is $75k.

look at as many as you need to, to find the right one. and remember that you're not trying to 'cash flow' a house hack. 

The thing I would suggest here to to connect with others that are in your area on what lenders are the best.  

They said they will start the process of giving them a 30 day notice but I would like to know the process of an eviction or if there are good eviction professions in the Dayton Ohio area that I could reach out to to help me out with this properly as this will be my first eviction.
