I will never get rid of it.. it served me well.

Sure grandma's couch is out there but so are lots of quality, stylish furniture that people need to get rid of because of downsizing or moving.:)

Don't owner finance it, get rid of it any way you can, even if you take a hit on it. 

I can write a book on it, but I do not know the solution other than to get rid of the most incompetent of the appraisers. 

That said the alternative is probably okay: you get rid of the litigious tenants and re-sign all the others to a closer to market rent.

I would never rent to any of them by choice and any I inherit in the future I would make every effort to get rid of sooner rather than later.

If it’s in bad shape get rid of it for LVP.

The property was empty for 2 years and the seller was retired and did not want the maintenance therefore looking to get rid of it (2-unit building in front and ADU in back).
