I was looking through a local property manager's contract and I found the following clause that seemed a bit suspect to me:"Owner shall pay all expenses incurred by Agent, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees and Agent’s costs and time, and any liability fines, penalties or the like, in connection with any claim, proceeding, or suit involving an alleged violation by Agent of Owner, or both, or any law pertaining to fair employment, environment protection, rent control, taxes or fair housing; including but not limited to, any law prohibiting or making illegal discrimination on the basis of race, sex, creed, color, religion, nation origin, or mental or physical handicap.

At the conclusion of the league's season, I won the trophy for "High Score Handicap".

I have experienced people in Maastricht, but I recently fell in love with Liège, which gives me the added handicap of the French language (Dutch/Flemish is my mother tongue) and no 'power team' yet.

I support service dogs for the blind, handicapped, and so on... but I've seen some for anxiety and similar.

@Frank SanchezBe very careful about adverstising this as a fully ADA handicap accessible unit as its not. 

The vanity itself was a sink sitting on a handicap toilet chair* Sheetrock patch made up of packing tape and sheetrock mud* P-trap being held up by a leather belt and mostly consisting of duct tap

They are an elderly couple and the husband is handicapped.  

Elevator, Parking, handi cap access and electrical transformer had a big impact on the layout.

Please do not take this as criticism, it is meant to help you save money.I have a house that is where my handicapped daughter lives. 

I have one Section 8 tenant (handicapped child I don't want to force to move), but when they are done, never again.
