Which neighborhoods should I not touch and which ones are ripe for the picking?

I'm currently trying to build my list of interview questions that I would/could use when it comes to screening and finding the right Real Estate Agent.

We realized the screws we were using were too small for the door hinge and we just had to finish that small bottom corner.1/26/25 - We went to Lowes and picked up some 1 1/2 inch door hinge screws (sound in the screw/nail section) and went back to the rental.

The connection happened in less than a week of listing but I haven't seen anyone talking about them.

Things will pick back up again in January.

However, if you made the property available for rent in 2024—meaning you actively advertised it, listed it, or had it ready for tenants—you may be able to deduct certain expenses like mortgage interest, property taxes, maintenance, and depreciation for that period.

A realtor doing high volume, you don't have to use one you can poll 3-5 agents see what they do to get you the comps and then pick that person to help you.
