I own a duplex property (I do not live on site) and I'm renting out the 2 bed/1 bath back house.

I have flown into north bend many many times I would go on IFR training flights from Aurora and my go to  was first to Newport then shoot the approach into North Bend  which takes you about 5 miles out into the ocean for the procedure turn.. always could find some actual weather there..

But not sure the solution which is to provide me teaching/training on how to get off market deals is something I can’t learn without a mentor.

That said, my main question is, can you recommend a good mortgage brokerage company that offers all the training points you outlined in your post?

@Matt Powers  Have you done any training, schooling in real estate investing? 

I will say using QBO properly takes experience so it's not the best software for an REI doing their own books who doesn't have any training.

@Drew Sygit Yeah I think what I'm going to do at first is what @Michael Paling recommends and try to manage myself in a multifam that I house hack so at least I'll be on site.
