They mentioned that the family member began debt consolidation 20 months ago, the way debt consolidation works the company lets it go into collections I am concerned that if the person files for bankruptcy.Even just one of 3 family member file a bankruptcy 7, can they stay 3 to 5 months without paying rent?

A company out of Canada I think that says they do placements for insurance companies for displaces families. 

I also have a background in software, having founded and sold the majority of my software company in 2014.

My business partner owns a roofing company but has weak credit and more limited cash flow.An LLC is a common choice for partnerships since it protects personal assets and simplifies tax management.

You can try Rhino or Qira, but these are ventured back companies. 

However, bc of the losses, mortgage companies don't want to touch me when I am fully able to pay the mortgage.

They tend to have less experience, less knowledge, fewer resources, and are more likely to be crooked than a large company that's been around for 30 years.

I'm looking to identify a builder with the following characteristics:1) Eager to grow his/her company and reputation in the market2) Has produced at least five high quality builds in Arizona which are at least 4K sq ft  3) Has proven track record of completing builds in a timely manner4) Personal capital to allocate to projects (optional, but ideal)Please reach out to me if you or someone you know might fit these criteria. are you set that you want luxury?

@Corey Pinch if you're a go-getter, make sure you find a company, or negotiate, that you're directly rewarded for your hustle - commissions, bonuses, etc.
