I would say only 1/2 would make it thru their quality check for size and color.  

The key is working with a good VA agency that uses well-known CRMs—this allows you to track their work, monitor lead quality, and have clear visibility into the numbers.

I also like contractors that have packets that allow you to pick out the stuff that you want to use for that project, which reduces the quality control process..

Forget the course and put that money on a quality vacation short-term rental.  

In answering the where to live question, things about the quality of life things that are important to you and work backwards from there.

Could be a business decision based on keeping long-term high quality tenants rather than risk the costs on turnover.
