I have alway been a very visual and active learner and throughout my entire life I've found that the best way to learn anything is by DOING!

-- nevertheless I'm thankful that you are a learner and a grower!

And I'm a quick learner.

With new things I'm typically a very hands-on learner, preferring an observe-replicate-innovate sort of model, so I'd love to start meeting investors and watching deals go down to see what's working in the Northwest Phoenix/Glendale-ish area where my wife and I own our home.I'm excited to start meeting people, continue learning, and hopefully pull the trigger on a deal in the next few months!

I am looking forward to participating in the video call in an observer/learner capacity.

Although I've learned important things, im more of an hands on learner.

That's where you should be able to upload a PP.By far the best way to learn, if you are an auditory learner, is through the podcast. 

i.e. people person vs numbers person, Meyers Briggs, etc.The people that do well in stocks tend to be highly educated, decades long stamina, world class numbers and analytical skills, readers not talkers, life long learners that can connect many global dots together into a strategy.But most run on emotions and that's why the only winner this week was JPM/GS on the VIX.Now if you meant trading, things get worse, as 90% or more fail...If you can't handle high amounts of risk, stress, losses, etc.stick to real estate or hire a world class broker that has your back.If you still want to invest, I would recommend going short NOT LONG until we hit bottom!!!

The company we use says she screens anywhere in the USA, and we have gone against her suggestions twice  and both times ended up with bad residents (slow learners we are).
