Also accounts for mobilization costs (e.g. lodging for field team) and shipping costs for materials.

I would have focused on the highest paying W2 I could find/achieve as early as possible in a field I enjoyed;2.

It might make more sense to just keep the rate, rent it out, save $30-35k, increase your income through a promotion or find another field and work for 2 years or more,  and buy another primary with a conventional loan. 

A nice potential boost for downtown Louisville. 

If you are planning to stay in the Investing field, you need good real estate agents to help you in several ways.

Work currently in the accounting field and I’m a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio and West Virginia. 

Seems to me that if an investor considering syndicates who does not have experience or contact with syndicators would do well to join with a group of investors experienced in investing in syndications and pay the membership fee to “ride” the knowledge of experienced investors in this field.  

I have a full time job in  a totally different field and I manage 2 properties.

I’m excited to learn more and dive into this field.
