It will have everything required and you can add on to it based on your experiences. 

@Brice ConnorsI calculate your add ons to be $475/month, and the P&I to be about $825… so about $1,300/month presently. 

For the price of courses, I pick up ones that appeal to me because I think that if I can add one thing from them it pays for itself. 

To add on, lower rates would increase builder sentiment furthering the supply increase.

Same value add only produced 25% of the value added.

Require your renters to have rental insurance and if they have trouble finding renters insurance that covers their breed, there are add-on policies that ride on top of their RI and that will insure any breed.

Further to add on to this I was mailed out a check for my previously owed rent from one unit and check was drafted Sept 1, 2018 I received it last week and when I deposited I get an alert from my bank as well as a call that the check is no good as the party doesn't have funds in it and my bank can only try again to cash the check again on October 1, 2018.

They've also added a new income verification feature which has been a very useful add on.
