Looks to me like we've got a case similar to that of Clayton Morris......All sizzle, no steak. well his profile looks like he is a major player in Cleveland it would be odd that your paths have not crossed.  

If you are seasoned or have a lot of capital, there are much bigger players you can look at.

Send emails, call brokers, check social media and see who the bigger players are.

However, given its design and commercial-like feel—originally built as a retreat center with a strong Japanese influence—I’m uncertain about the best market to target for a sale.I’m hoping that someone in this group might have connections or advice on how to approach selling a property like this.

I think Becca though is talking about this decades crop of up starts not the big players that have million dollar a month budgets.

Sometimes players need physical therapy (rehab), some need more 1-on-1 coaching (optimization/advertising) and some to be traded (1031 exchange).

What works for me may not work for you.Buildium, AppFolio, and Propertyware are the three big players.

From what iv noticed, the big time players who own hundreds of doors typically own their own PM company.

The devious and unethical players can rip you to shreds in the commercial space if you do not know what you are doing or do not have good representation. 

Because of this - I don't believe there are many huge players that are truly running their properties as businesses.
