And it was a pain because guests kept signing out to use their own.So we just cancelled all services and we state on the listing that guests need to provide their logins for apps.I know we'll have issues with older guests.

I think your post is valuable feedback consistent with the spirit of this thread in that it indicates what some of your pain points are/were so that others can both make informed decisions about their own investments and also so that the Morris Invest team can continue to hone their services to be the best they can be.

I did hear that Chase Bank will do it but that their process is a pain and requires a bunch of workarounds in order to make it happen. 

Florida's insurance issues and zoning regulations can be a pain.

You will also need a team that knows how to work with CMHA, which in itself is a huge pain to deal with.

Both these cities have some serious pain to work through.
