Hello Bp, I am a 20y/o college student at Notre Dame college (OH) I will be reporting back for football camp August 5th and was looking for some investors or groups in the Cleveland area.

Reminded me of this: Larry Fedora: Football is 'under attack' and if it goes down 'our country will go down too'Most syndicators with a solid track record usually say no to investors with lower net worth, lower income due to the headaches mentioned by @Joel Owens.Maybe this is a case of much ado about nothing?

It is an absolute joke and ripoff It was a shocker for me when i started development in southern california in 2012; even coming from France where people always complain about the burden of taxes and overwhelming administration.

I want to diversify the places where we have investments and we have portuguese clients looking to do the same.We're now entering the UK and France markets but I would like to know more about the US.1) Is it easy for a foreigner to come to the USA and invest in Real Estate?

Its all about tourism which creates jobs which creates demand Football stadium 7 billion casinos Wynn building huge megapark throw in some very cheap housing low interest rates, low  inventory  no state tax ,and Californians cash rich from home equity and you have the perfect brew  It is cheaper to buy a 200-300 k home then to pay rent   and of course the influx of retirees Vegas is on fire !!!!
