Your strategy looks great on paper and so does my fantasy football team but we all know how that goes.

@Garrett M. agreed noble pursuits no double and the fantasy of real estate investors all over the nation.. but you will never get there listening or investing in Ghetto dogs.it is a wonderful sentiment real estate has created that folks feel there is somehow some way they can just be free of it all if they just buy rentals..

Members,Is anyone interested in joining a free ESPN fantasy football league?

I played football at the university of Oklahoma and like the idea of smaller towns in the area.

I set up some keyword alerts and the first thing I've noticed is my numbers seem to be a pie in the sky fantasy.  

I know it's not real estate related, but who doesn't love fantasy football?

I'm as excited about the Raiders coming too, but a football team coming to town does not mean prices will explode.

I will graduate in December and I've got capital saved up from being very fortunate and not having to pay for school because of my football scholarship.

Party-central is never going to be the 1 bedroom/1 bathroom so if you're taking a keg to watch a college football game, it's not going to be in those cramped quarters...it's going to be at that house.  

Do you have any credible evidence that your fantasy thoughts have any bearing in the real world???
