Cable boxes or cell towers outside you obviously can't fix, but  it could show a possible  non-paranormal source of the situation which might put the tenant  at ease.

I have been doing it for 4 years now, it is not a great source of income, more work, some of them are demanding, but better than having a vacancy.If you are not responsive, you might have vacancy.I basically charge little higher and make them pay one rent everything included.Provide everything except cable.

With short-term rentals, you are responsible for those things but also things like pool care, lawn care, pest control, electrical, cable, furniture maintenance, dishes/towels/utensils/etc, cleanings, (you see where i'm going with this), essentially you are operating a hotel.

Internet and phone and cable should be in their name so if they don't pay for it, it's not on your credit history.
