I have two properties in the inner ring suburb of Cleveland's east side, and they are going very nicely. 

I have been a real estate investor in Cleveland for 28 years primarily investing in properties near where I live on the near East suburbs of Cleveland. 

I'm holding onto this property for now because of appreciation and my low interest rate.I bought in 2023 on the East side of Indy, Class C $130,000 and $132,600.

Crime is still a problem in certain areas but if you stay in the suburbs that's where the most demand is so typically farther east and either south or north will get you into safer areas.

For you, this could mean markets further North or East of SF.2.

On the east side, places like University Heights, South Euclid, and Shaker Heights are B-class areas where I recently facilitated a deal yielding a 9% return and that property will see solid appreciation.
