If Donald Trump wins the November election, I'm projecting and hoping rates will begin to decrease.

When analyzing properties and doing calculations, this strategy does not provide a good return for the first few years, but it most definitely does give me faster equity accumulation and gives me the quickest/biggest cash flow per year that trumps other situations with properties on 30 year fixed mortgages. 

So if someone can demonstrate you had no intention to close (as, for example, by demonstrating you had no ABILITY to close) you have no interest, and nothing you can sell without brokering.But in any case, it remains true in many contexts that specific enabling legislation, and rules promulgated under it, is going to trump general provisions of the common law of contracts.  

Don't worry tho, our buddy Trump will sort that out for all foreign investors hahaha :) 

Even President Trump was sued for less than that and had to settle.
