I've come across a lot of land in Brockton where we can develop a 5 story building and it has the potential to fit 24 units in there.

those that dont know CA have no clue how much development is there and there is no way its going to crash like a detroit or something.  

With all the new development around the stadiums, it can be very lucrative and presents room for growth as the area continues to develop.

REPS hours must be a work activity involving “any real property development, redevelopment, construction, reconstruction, acquisition, conversion, rental, operation, management, leasing, or brokerage trade or business.” 

Investors buying land to HOLD for either speculation or future development can just wait until the wholesaler’s contract with the seller expires and eliminate the wholesaler “markup”.
