Well, a lot of life happened and now I am getting back to zero no debt and I'll be renting for now and I am considering a duplex to buy cash or maybe land and some sort of unconventional home but still purchasing cash.

Unless someone can prove otherwise, I’m fairly certain I was just scammed out of $3,400 by a supposed “Lead Provider.”

@Kevin McGuire and @John Dawson are leading this mobile app effort.

And I agree that it can work in gaining leads.

The best use of AI in our industry is to use it for re-engagement of follow up leads with the outcome of setting an appointment with a human being.

Im worried though that providing a such a thing would lead to hurried or sloppy work.

If they notice you have another house and your debt to income can't cover it.

Very often they sound robotic and scripted and does not lead to hot leads or appointments.
