We have some new condos we will be building in San Clemente should you want to buy anything in the future!

(Cost to build will be $3,200,000 Value upon completion $5,000,000 or more) We are looking at a couple of "off market" lots in San Clemente, that will be infill development.

However; we decided on Orange County, CA, and are currently building a house in San Clemente, which we will sell to an owner user or investor for a VR or long term rental, another in the works in Capo Beach, and 2 condos in planning stage in San Clemente that will be bought for vacation rentals, or someone wanting to be close to the beach.

We are in Orange County, CA, and are building s "spec" house in San Clemente, where vacant lots are extremely hard to come by, therefore; "new" construction is rare.

Dont buy anything affiliated with Than Merrill or Greg Clement.  

Although I currently live in NOLA, I grew up in San Clemente and go back home to see family and friends about once a year.

We will be doing a condo project in San Clemente next year, and one of our lenders is a BP member! 

Today I had an agent call on the house we are building in San Clemente, wanting information on the new development that will be going in nearby.
