With a 9-5 job too busy to catch a breather, being that it will be my first rental property would you recommend finding a property management company to oversee the investment property OR create a profile on a property management platform, I am thinking about Avail unless there is a better platform, to collect rent and hire specialist as issues arise from tenants?

Any special type of flooring that you recommend to make it look better and less maintenance over the time especially when there is turn around of tenants.

I am posting here because I am looking for some advice or recommendations from other investors who can recommend a lender that they had a pleasant experience with.

@Somesh MukherjeeIf you are looking at investing in the cleveland market I would recommend being in areas on the West Side of Cleveland like West Blvd, Cudell, Old Brooklyn, Clark Fulton, Edgewater, Jefferson, and Brooklyn Centre.

I would recommend checking with some local insurance brokers in your area, they may know more carriers that are available."
