The first house my wife and I house hacked in Beverly, MA will make around $1800/month over our financing, and that $1800 for the most part will go into reserves until that is padded.

It is depending on your actual finishes, there is no real measure on what high end is, a person living in beverly hills will have a different grade on what high end is compared to someone living in san diego.

@Zach McLean I'm just curious it's a slab of cement is your property in like a Beverly Hills style neighborhood is it such an eyesore cause it's a slab of cement?

But again I was at their office in Beverly hills early on and they were crammed in about 300 sq ft LOL nice address class D office :)
