As a long-standing customer, my interactions with their team, particularly a customer service representative named Mike, have been deeply disappointing and reflect a lack of professionalism and organizational competence.Initially, I discovered an issue with a second account that was inadvertently created under my name.

They ask about staying long term, hoping the thought of all that money will entice you to interact with them and leave your defenses down. 

From what little interaction I did have, they were both real nice.The words trust but verify still ring trueGino I interviewed lane -I do not think they intentionally were out to scam people at all.

I was more diligent about soft aspects of the interaction when accepting applications.

All of you interactions should be viewed through that lens.

And to do that is via effort, putting in the work, connecting with people, interacting, talking, asking around, putting self out there. 

You are reading books, but not interacting with real estate investors at meetups which is why both things you said don't make any sense.
