It may depend on the installer, but my installer will be using cement board with masonry screw and I heard you want to put thin-set between the wood sub-floor & cement board as well as between the tile & cement board.Thanks.

I've worked for a national hard money lender and wholesaler for the past 4 years and am currently seeking to start my own firm here in the Charlotte area.I worked through college as an auto mechanic which pretty much cements the fix-it mentality i have.I was also the operations director at a large outdoor amphitheater for almost 5 years and that has to be one of the most abused pieces of real estate in town.

That often means not "dubbing" and cementing valleys correctly, and half a**ing the ridge.Remember that where the leak shows up in the attic is often a bit downstream from where the water is entering on the roof.As a friend of mine (roofer) used to say; "I guarantee I can fix your leak!

This will level the floor, if its not to bad.Next you will want to use a cement board or tile "backer" board to go down prior to the tile.

Used the remnants of an old can of pvc pipe cement instead of buying a new can- had to redo some plumbing.A few years ago I broke my own toilet by forgetting a hammer on the counter.

They could have pipes clogged by cement, AC that does not operate, or any other number of issues that can be hidden with utilities turned off.
