Hi Rae, i'd recommend joining local Facebook groups.

Here's what works for me: 1) Posting your property on Facebook Marketplace2) Craigslist3) Talk to local universities or big corporations who may need short or long term housing for their clients4) Property managers are hit or miss.

Short of coming here and meeting face to face with them and come to a couple local REIA events to discuss, for those who are remote I would suggest getting into some of the NE Ohio REIA facebook groups to get some advice from locals.

You can also list on Facebook Marketplace, join local Section 8 Facebook groups, or contact CMHA directly - they often have a list of people looking.

You can also check meetup.com or search Facebook for real estate investment groups, clubs, or meetings in your area.

Additionally, there are Facebook groups where you can find some decent help, but there has to be quite a bit more due diligence and vetting with any and all contractors.
