I personally don’t want to be in the BUSINESS of running a consumer service.

First that you will not go back into consumer debt (credit cards, cars, etc).

I work mostly with relocation and higher-end clients and consumers think a super hot market is good for agents.

The point is if you're a consumer banking customer you don't offer what their business model is designed for.

Transcribing transactions from bank statements, posting transactions to the correct accounts, and then manually creating an income statement, statement of owner's equity and a balance sheet is a fairly time consuming process and I have not been able to keep up with the book keeping between my regular work responsibilities.What accounting software do people recommend? 

All the various consumer laws exist specifically to stop bad actors from doing stuff like this. 

I do my best to be the intermediate between the consumer and the seller, simply by bringing awareness to a buyer's potential.

After voicing that I will be hiring an attorney and filing a compliant with the Utah Division of Consumer Protection all my ad spend was cut off without warning to make it look like I violating the agreement and I was also locked out of some areas CRM system.
