I wanted to know if there was anything other than the weather that drew people to California.

I have 3 family apartment building and a SFH with 4 garages, 1 shed, and 4 outside designated parking spaces for sale for 1.75 million. 

I'm in Phoenix and obviously you can see that there are so many people moving from the west coast states out here to a cheaper and better weather market.
