I never thought of it much of an investors place(besides the outter banks) strictly because I didn't think there was much in the way to draw people out that way.I think its a couple hours from a major airport and its a couple hours away from the pharma/tech triangle down there.I'll go with a couple vacation rental homes in on Panama beach and open up a watersports rental place(jet skis, kayaks, caneos, boogie boards).

Do you run, bike into water sports?

I am looking for ways to generate revenue so that I can start to rebuild my retirement.I own a home on six acres in rural West Michigan in an area that is popular for hunting, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, cross country skiing , and water sports.

I'm the CEO of a host of watersports e-commerce websites (which shall go nameless so as to not incurr the wrath of the mods) that cater squarely to your tenant!

Lake Tahoe has ski resorts nearby for the winter, hiking, watersports for the summer, etc.

Right away "disclosures" came to mind.We know many people moving to the area do so because they want to participate in some form of watersports (swimming etc).

I'm also very interested in fix and flipping at some point.My hobbies include hanging out with my family, flying a Cessna 172, brewing beer and water sports on lakes including water skiiing, kayaking and swimming.My day job is as a Healthcare IT consultant.

Walk to the beach, easy access to Mission Bay for watersports etc...
