Either way, I get that this is a contrary viewpoint, so I didn't come here to debate, only to present the concept and to offer my services if it was appealing to post creator.

I like your view point that there isn't a right way to do business, that each needs to figure there own way.  

From a lenders viewpoint, we consider "co-signers" to actually be co-borrowers or co-guarantors having full liability for the debt as a guarantor.

I understand there is a lot more that goes into this process but I'm just curious if it makes sense from the most basic viewpoint for starters, thanks for your input!
