Chicago, with its vibrant neighborhoods and strong rental market, is a prime location for this strategy.

Canadian side always feels vibrant and lively, US side always feels depressing coming back from Canada, not matter the time of the year. 

What Brand and color paint would you guys suggest?

Colors, quality of paint, how much prep needed, holes patches etc.

Neutral colors work well, and energy-efficient upgrades not only attract buyers but can also qualify for tax benefits.
