You will feel a vibrance not felt in many places. all the naysayers have been consistently wrong for many decades.

In the summer months especially, I think Barcelona can compete with any city for vibrancy, aliveness, culture, and quality of life.

Though there are legitimate concerns that this complex will push gentrification, I think it will add to the vibrancy of the Hilltop neighborhood.As a new investor, I'm not sure if the addition of this complex will push up rents in the area by increasing average rents and desirability, or depress them because it is adding a significant number of new units, thus decreasing the demand on other units.  

However there is a condo market in the downtown area that has shown signs of vibrancy in the past five years.

Rents climb each day and people appear to be looking to smaller cities like Worcester that provide location and vibrancy of a bigger city with more space to spread out.

I think as this year progresses, people will be surprised at the vibrancy of the bay area and how it will be an even bigger force than it was pre-pandemic.

In my next property, I amlooking to strike out West to house hack a -plex (open to 2-4, anything thatmakes sense numbers wise) in a good market that will offer some vibrancy interms of city/town life with access to the great outdoors, primarily skiing.With my DITI, I have about $400-500K to play with.

I went up Whiteface last winter and went through the area, and it just really has that vibrancy and history of an amazing place.

Also, I see you're in ATL, I've been longing to move to ATL since I was in high school visiting there on college trips, and until this day the vibrancy and opportunities continue to grow!

Rent-value ratios in the city are already too low to make predictable cashflow over time.The vibrance and cultural commodity of NYC is unparalleled (after all, I still want to live here), but it translates poorly into investment returns.
