Food in fridge is from April this year and it basically looks like someone was half way through moving out and then something happened and so a bunch of stuff is still in house. specifically one room filled with about 10 burner phones, 3 tvs, personal clothes, mail, kids personal items and bunch of random stuff new with tags, etc etc. he also had pets which was against lease term. one of the rooms was used as a pet room completely destroying carpet and staining walls with urine etc. 

I am interested in setting up a sober living facility in Sacramento though my service will include  12 steps  and random  urine tests does anyone has any idea how to progess  we still  open for franchise opportunities 

Some of the damages include ~$7,800 of missing property, kitchen cabinet doors ripped off, a mangled chandelier, a damaged refrigerator, divots from a claw hammer in the granite, and urine and feces stains on rugs, furniture, and hardwoods from an unauthorized puppy.

When I asked them about it they admitted they have a pet and paid the penalty, BUT, when they moved out ALL the carpets were urinated all over the house.

They also prevent anything (urine, barf, etc) getting to the mattress/box spring.  

Cat urine creates an odor that is ridiculously difficult to mitigate.

Looking at buying a house that had maybe 50 cats in it so it reeks of cat urine.
