So same thing as an agent pick a technique and stick to it.Myself personally when I started as an agent I did not do follow up like I should have but what i did do was become a CLOSESR  If i got in front of them my success rate was very high so thats where I put my energy and my moto was next..If I could not close them first meeting I moved on the next. 

There is always risk, and these are highly risky and regulated techniques.

I think a lot of these folks are selling the illusion of secret techniques to get new investors to write a check.

This is more of a local technique.

While it seems possible thats true, people doing this are screen shotting stuff from Zillow.

There are additional things to avoid.My purpose for bringing this to the attention of investors is because there are misguided gurus out there teaching these very techniques.

Is this true?

Hello BP Community,I have  been a BP lurker for many years and after falling out of love with retail real estate- I am oh so READY to get into investing (my first true love).
