I've tried the foam board in other applications-could have used tissue paper instead. 

We work like dogs to not miss one rogue hair, one balled-up tissue, one dirty spoon hiding in the dishwasher. 

Yes there is no such thing as a Realtors license and when I was an active Realtor I quit using the term because it had no real value, it had become a generic term like Kleenex, which is used by most people for any brand of tissue. 

Sometimes try not to sob very loudly when I'm doing all of the above (must remember to bring Kleenex tissue also!)
