During the renovation, I faced several challenges due to the home’s age and hidden damages, including ruptured plumbing, termite infestation, rotted wood, and lack of insulation.

An LLC isn't necessary when starting, in the long term, it may be worth exploring.

That's short term and long-term, it just does not add up.I am expecting some form of disruption in the industry, but things are so tight in RE it won't happen anytime soon or it'll happen sooner because of how tight it is.  

If you buy a house you get a full inspection and check all its points, termites, roof, etc.

Started off with termites from the basement to the attic.

It would be a little sacrifice for the next couple years but I think pay off big over the long term. It
