I am currently living out of state so I have hired a property management company to handle this task, however, my home is still sitting vacant with very few prospective tenants.

Meeting the material participation hours is absolutely doable, even with a property manager, as long as you stay actively involved in key tasks like marketing, bookings, and bookkeeping.

After that it is the normal tasks of either turning over a tenant or renewing a tenant.

I can see AI as being potentially super helpful with many RE tasks.
