Saying no is so critical--my brain often needs a respite from "productivity learning mode" too.

Yes, these platforms need revenue to survive and typically the easiest way is charging a monthly membership or per transaction fee. 

I've seen so many super intelligent real estate investors make no traction because they can't move from learning mode to action mode.

We have had a couple evictions and I agree that the model is not the best for property owners.
