With VRBO, strangely, it keeps recommending significant increases which isn't wrong.

Strangely, once those discounts dried up, I noticed we switched from AirBnb dominating our bookings to VRBO.

We had a unit that was ready for open house this mid November that took 4 open houses to get a tenant moving in Christmas day (i know strange move in day, chose by the tenant).  

It was from Zillow not a pdf which I found was strange.

That would result in both a transfer of cash and associated journal entries.If my LLC doesn't have a bank account and I've been tracking its assets in my accounting ledgers only, moving money for the sake of moving money would seem strange (and suspicious). 

The strange this is I happened to follow up on the delivery date that day prior and they responded to expect it still. 

This is very strange to me.

Meanwhile they have graduated from buying single family homes to farms and golf courses....anybody find this to be strange?

Seems very strange.
