Here in AZ, generally it's not feasible to expect substantial or sometimes even any cash flow.

If you don't want that, I would sell it or put it into storage (which may not be financially feasible), but long-term renters are hard on furniture that is not theirs. 

We are at the feasibility stage and need help determining the best way forward for the land we have in Maricopa, Arizona.

As far as feasibility, you can absolutely use propwire, or propstream for that matter, to secure the list and then mail postcards to the owner info.

Hopefully you can achieve a higher sell off than $7.9M/$220K/door as well because I don't believe this is a feasible project (your $250k sell off doesn't align with your $7.9M sell off either).Thx.
