It is still a seller's market in many geographic locations, so you can ask potential buyers for an extended closing period and/or with options to extend the closing period.

With a limited number of qualified contractors available, additional demand will drive up prices and extend project timelines.

If there are plenty of studios or private single rooms at the same price or cheaper than a shared-space room at your place, you will definitely have a hard time filling up.Are there extended-stay motels in your property's area?

We would be fine extending a month+ to make it 90 days notice.
