I'm sure that many of the speakers will have different opinions depending on their area of expertise too

It has been sold to Inspira.For those who are interested in some background, here is today's public Facebook post from  my friend John Hyre, the brilliant tax attorney well known to most real estate investors, one of the keynote speakers at every Quest Expo.

You can try and ask questions during the coaches call if you can get in around his buddies but he is not a teacher nor a public speaker.

Just know that the majority of those in the 'education segment' of real estate are presenting you their information to make the speaker money... and if you happen to benefit too... that 's great!  

Sometimes their speakers have trade show booths where you can speak directly with them or they are available before or after their speaking session.

The rental had ratty furniture, a record player prominently featured in the marketing but it had no speakers, missing basics items in the kitchen, lots of drunks in the concrete hallways that reverberated right into the bedroom at 2am, a strong odor of urine outside, and more.We have super hosts in this forum that have hundreds of 5-star reviews and are masters of the craft, but I look at their rentals and see they don't have any artwork on the walls, decor is basic, they do nothing to make the guest feel welcome, etc. 

Greetings All,@garrettbrownI was fully stocked in linen and glasswares, silverware, knives, speakers andcabinets were full now sparse.maintenance and cleaning are time consuming even with help.Noticed prices are much lower now.  

That's because it's the group I help run and I was one of the speakers last month.The markets you mentioned are generally considered fourth-tier markets.
