When I was a commander, I often granted waivers for single Soldiers given their motivation and goals.

The military will make many people much more resilient and courageous, but not every soldier.

The author documents how startlingly difficult it was in WWI and WWII to get conscripts to willingly shoot straight at the enemy, the process it took to dehumanize the bad guy enough to get a new soldier to reliably take a straight shot down a rifle barrel at him.

Clean this up FAST and sell it OR get professional management that includes soldiers.

Anywhere near military bases- Soldiers have BAH federal money and if they don't pay or trash your house just call their commanding officer. 

I've seen all from folks coming from Honduras, a drywaller originally from Peru, a Vietnamese beautician or an ex Afghan soldier LOL.
