A full box of 250 dryer sheets, a big Tide liquid and fabric softener (liquid).

If things are softening, being a bit more cautious around long term reno's/ having too many deals out at once.

I only invest in A and  B areas  that usually makes renting some what easy .Having rentals loaned out to the wazoo can cause a lot of stress on owners to rent out immediately  .If the market softens up winter etc...

As listing inventory began building up in the spring, we saw prices soften a bit as we hit the summer months.

As for the sale aspect, the market has softened up a little bit for sellers, but some of that is time of year.

The Bay Area rental market has softened, especially in Oakland, so we are not able to get $4,750/rent right now.  

I am out of state and have to use a property manager which is another expense.Also hoping that since 2023,2024 travel has softened the cycle will reverse in 2025.
