I have a property I’m looking at in Missouri that’s about 1,400sqft, and not sure the difference between a Cash and a Novation offer. 

Do you pay for cable service in these units?

I am trying to tabulate Business that may have higher depreciation but yet help me build wealth in form of real estate or potential customers for variety of services. 

You will never know the right number until you have a chance to inspect and get contractor bids, which will typically happen after an offer is accepted. 

I activate them with my email, but tenants have to use their own subscription to the premium streaming services. 

I will say anyone offering this should be giving you all the pros and risks of the flint marketplace.

@Tayvion Payton   -  my guess is that you are still too far off the price, at least in the interim but it is always good to put in an offer, because they may come back to you down the road. 

Has anyone used RABBU to market their short term rental for sale to potential buyers?  If so how did it go?
