A $35k house in today's market screams war zone area, super rural with limited demand, or almost falling over (necessitating far more than $20k of renovation). 

Mainly yelling and screaming for people to keep and record receipts for things they pay. 

Apparently dressing in a wifebeater and screaming while looking like Andrew Tate and that they got jacked in the yard at Joliet is a thing now. 

My gut tells me this is gonna get bloody, mighty bloody. 

No screaming fights.

Bloody oath I do mate.It's never their fault and always yours (Ours).They rarely take any responsibility and cry victim.It's crazy to think but it's like many intentionally look for drama and deep down inside don't want success but rather problems.Someone to dislike and blame and to feel wronged by.All other personal and "at home" issues can now be blamed on this one unfortunate scenario.This "drama" per se is like food for the hungry and they need such drama in life to "survive".My apologies if my above comments sound weird as they are more so from a philosophical standpoint and just some thoughts that I have considered after 5,000+ investor intro calls and as you have mentioned, others feeling wronged by me or my company on many occasions.What a $#@% way to live IMO but I don't judge and sleep in peace.Again, I have been "wronged" by many but consider it my own fault.I also don't call them out publicly or post bad reviews, etc... 

Just like going to a doctor and them saying "this is gonna hurt", you do not like them telling you, but i would rather be told them have them do it and me scream WTF that hurt, why did you not tell me.The other area where people can overcome this is by actually managing the asset and portfolio and showing your investors that.

Once I turned on the incoming water to the water heater, there was screaming sound and the T&P valve being pushed out and heavy leaking from the pipe. 

AND THEY CAN SCREAM EASY AT THE TOP OF THEIR LUNGS IF THEY WANT.BUT GO AND CONVINCE YOUR NEAREST RELATIVE TO SELL THEIR LARGEST ASSET WITH YOU AT ONLY A 5% MARK UP AND YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW REAL ESTATE EXCHANGES WORK. 

It reminds of the people who go into the casino, and melt down at the table when bust on there last $ and start screaming at the dealer that they "should have" won that hand, gotten so-n-so's card blah-blah-blah....
