Hi guys,I need your advice:I have a small rental and having a hard time to decide who to pick:1) First tenant has schizophrenia but his sister always pays on time (the reason I know it is because he is renting a basement from my handyman and he wants to get out of the basement and rent his a house).

Then I found out one of her disabilities was paranoid schizophrenia.

Sounds like classic schizophrenia going on .

I have personal family experience with this sort of hoarding behavior and I can assure you, the underlying disease (perhaps in this case obsessive compulsive disorder or schizophrenia-related mental illness) is devastating as you probably can guess. 

He also mentioned his son had schizophrenia.

Whether its Schizophrenia, drug addiction, depression, it doesn't matter.

Thanks but I have schizophrenia and I have stuck moments at times.

One relative was in a group home and she had schizophrenia, she was fully functional in the community her group home had basically some daytime supervision and 4 residents living on their own.  

I have a friend at Church who's younger sister has schizophrenia.

His grandparents and Mom all passed leaving several properties to four siblings, one of which has schizophrenia.
