The sellers have a tendency to show nice photos if scenery that is 30--60 miles, or even more, away and represent it as local.Also, prices for those on line "bargains" are usually considerably higher than you would pay if you went and bought from a local realtor.I have no idea whether the piece of land you are considering is a good one, or a good price.... and neither do you.
