When it comes to the 203k, just make sure you have a contractor start date scheduled, and be sure to contact your consultant (if you have one and its not a 203k limited) to get the first draw scheduled.

That means it likely wouldn’t be deductible under Schedule E the same way an out-of-pocket repair before closing would have been.

15-20% for STR and MTR here in Alabama.We have a STR on Dauphin Island and that PM charges 24% but a "lot" of routine maintenance is covered in that.
