No, Mpls is not going to "go Detroit" but the riot's and all that came from that mixed with COVID, things have changed, it's a shift, and not all is sorted from that so it's not as vibrant as was prior.

Sure, maybe, probably…but that big dip of the auto industry, riots and the 2008 crash have came and gone…so its would be more far fetched to think another big dip of similar type would be coming rather than the market has stabilized and it setting new patterns for growth.

You could look at cities and towns to see the budget is shrinking or growing, and crime on the rise or falling, rioting going on or not, business moving in or out, these are good indicators of whether things are healthy or soon to be in decay.
