After renovating, I updated the interiors, addressed exterior issues, and enhanced the overall appeal.

I would like to do some type of loan or HELOC product to renovate the common areas and a few units. 

Despite facing setbacks, including a year-long renovation process, I tackled the repairs, improved the interiors, and addressed all concerns.

I would then work to renovate the bad unit as quickly as possible.  

If anyone needs a GC once the designs are done I can build/renovate the project.

When planning a home renovation, it's easy to focus on the excitement of picking out tiles, colors, and layouts—but there’s a lot happening behind the walls and floors that often gets overlooked. 

That said, weigh the cost of renovations against the potential increase in appraisal.

I should have said that my goal is to flip the property by EOY but rent is this year to hopefully recoup some of the renovation costs
